摘    要:在神经病学教学查房中,引入以问题为基础的学习方法(PBL),即以患者的问题为基础,以实习生为中心的教学模式,调动了学生的学习主动性,促进了思维方式的改变。在运用PBL教学法的过程中,教师根据教案和备课要求收集典型病例,提出并设计问题,引导学生正确地进行临床思维;也可以模拟医疗场景,通过情景话剧的方法锻炼实习生的临床思维;最后通过总结病例,提问及相互提问进一步激发学生探索知识的兴趣。该方法有助于提高医学实习生分析问题、解决问题的能力,传授神经科医师的临床思维方式。

Abstract:PBL was applied to the neurology teaching clinical rounds. This method is a kind of problem-based and students-centered learning. On the process of applying, teachers collect typical cases according to the teaching objectives and design some questions. Teachers can also organize the mimic medical conditions to practice the students' clinical thoughts through scenes drama. At last, discussion among the students will arouse the learning interests further. PBL was demonstrated to be helpful in elevating the ability of analyzing and solving problem. At the same time, the way of clinical thought can be passed on the students.
