| 摘 要： | 能否为社会培养出合格的学生,是决定地方高校生存和发展的关键因素,而这又取决于学校是否具有鲜明的办学特色。本文对地方高校办学特色的概念、存在的问题及影响因素进行了分析,并提出了地方高校提升自身办学特色的对策。

| Abstract: | Whether college can provide qualified students for society,is the most important factor for colleges to survive and development.It also depends on that whether universities have distinct school-running characteristics.The paper analyzed the conception,exiting problems and influencing factors of local university-running characteristics,and raised the tactics for improving the characteristics of local universities. |
