| 摘 要： | 从科学发展观的视角分析了生态文明的内涵，指出生态文明是经济社会和生态环境协调发展的文明，是物质文明、精神文明与政治文明在自然与社会生态关系上的具体表现，是实现人类社会可持续发展所必然要求的社会进步状态。推进生态文明，建设资源节约型和环境友好型社会，是实现社会可持续发展的最佳选择，是科学发展观的必然结论。
