| 摘 要： | 企业与人体具有相似的结构和运行模式,创新知识对于企业发展的作用犹如营养物质对于人体.文章运用仿生学的基本原理和类比的方法,模仿人体营养物质吸收、加工和传递机制,对企业知识创新机制进行研究,提出了基于仿生学原理的企业知识创新模型,以期对企业知识创新机制的模式化及企业知识创新机制的建立提供借鉴和帮助.
