新时期榜样教育：问题与策略

以榜样为邻，科学树立榜样和学习榜样，发挥榜样的精神传递和道德示范作用，具有重要的教育意义。通过分析榜样教育的原理与应然标准，针对榜样教育中榜样选择和榜样宣传中的误区，根据新时期大学生思维方式和发展特征，提出了榜样教育注意现实性与超越性相结合、普遍性与特殊性相结合、传统性与时代性相结合、树立榜样与舆论宣传相结合等“四个结合”的策略，以期对新时期大学生思想政治教育有所裨益。
