| 摘 要： | 为了探索中国高等教育的发展路径，构建大众化背景下高等教育质量标准体系，运用现代教育理念对高等教育质量标准体系的内涵及其构成要素进行了探析和划分。分析认为，大众高等教育质量标准不是唯一的，而是由多样性标准构成的标准体系；高等教育质量标准体系是由一般质量标准和具体质量标准两个方面构成：一般质量标准是不同层次、不同类型的高校共有的质量标准，具体质量标准是由若干个不同的质量标准体系构成，通过建立一套多样化的质量标准体系来衡量不同高校的教育质量。同时认为，高等教育质量标准体系的确立要在全新的质量观指导下，对高校进行科学的分类，适应社会需要和遵守市场规律，满足个体需要，形成各自的办学特色。
