20世纪80年代以来,市场化进程和政府改革催生了非营利性组织,他们作为社会运行的重要组成部分,能够应付政府失灵和市场失灵所带来的问题.因此,非营利组织正日益受到政府、公众、企业的重视.文章以宁波市非营利组织为研究对象,在分析其数量、形态、结构等要素的基础上,对他们的活动、特征、效能以及所存在的问题进行了描述与分析,并得出了初步的结论.

Between freedom and Regulation--An empirical study on Non-Profit Organizations of contemporary Ningbo

Since 1980's,market-based reforms of economy and system reforms in government have promoted the emergence of non-profit organizations,which is an important part of modern society.More and more people establish Non-profit organizations to deal with today's social problems that was brought by Market failure and Government failure.Therefore,NPOs are being highly valued by the government,public and business enterprise increasingly.This paper chose NPO as research objective,and discuss the quantity and quality,form,structure,capacity and characteristic of them.Then,the author describe and analyse the problems of these organizations.Finally,the final section presents the preliminary conclusion on contemporary NPOs in Ningbo.
