| Abstract: | This article introduced the significance of university students' extracurricular science and technology innovation from the angle of university students' innovation spirit and innovation ability fostering.Meanwhile,it detailedly elaborated the new system of innovation and the exploration and practice of development of the students' innovation activities in East China Institute of Technology on the base of changing educational notion,establishing ensurance system and deepening educational system. |
