| 摘 要： | 良好的执政形象是执政党的无形资产、无价之宝和十分重要的软权力.执政能力建设作为我党执政后的一项根本建设和现阶段新的伟大工程,实质上是我党新的形象塑造工程.塑造良好的执政形象是执政党全方位的系统工程,也是需要通过长期艰苦努力才能完成的意义深远的宏伟任务.

| Abstract: | A good image of the administration is ruling party's intangible asset,priceless treasure and important soft power. As a fundamental construction and a great present day project of the Communist Party of China (CPC),enhancing the administrative abilities is actually a project of creating a completely new image of our Party. To create a better image of the administration means a series of projects which can only be completed through long and arduous effort. |
