| 摘 要： | 当下处于中国转型时期的高校传统的德育工作模式遭遇了挑战,学术界普遍认为中国高校的德育工作陷入了困境之中,那么如何面对挑战,走出困境,使当前高校德育工作迈上一个新的台阶?文章在分析了高校德育工作遭遇的挑战及其必然性的基础上,从伟大教育家陶行知丰富的德育思想中借鉴了相应的策略,以期对广大德育工作者有所启发。
