| 摘 要： | 对流动人口的权益保护应成为构建和谐社会的重要任务;制定《流动人口权益保障法》是解决流动人口权益保障的根本举措,应尽快提到立法机关的议事日程上。流动人口权益保障法的立法宗旨,应确定体现公平正义的权利保护,应明确流动人口的认定标准和组织管理机构,明确认可流动人口的户籍问题,加大流动人口权益保护的力度。
