| Abstract: | Cultivation mechanism reform aims to optimize the allocation of resources,and establish two-way incentive and constraint mechanism between tutors and postgraduates so as to realize the reconstruction of different factors and links in the postgraduate quality formation.Establishing a standard,open monitoring system of postgraduate education quality will contribute to the cultivation mechanism reform and the enhancement of the postgraduate education quality. |
