| 摘 要： | 通过对安徽省73所普通高校发展学生党员情况的调查，肯定各高校发展学生党员工作的成效，分析了存在的主要问题，并做好新时期新阶段发展大学生党员工作提出了进一步提高认识、加大工作力度、加强教育和培训、重视队伍建设以及加强高职高专和民办高校基层党组织建设等对策建议，对贯彻落实全国高校党建工作会议精神，切实加强高校党建和思想政治工作，有重要的指导和参考意义。

| Abstract: | Through the investigation of the development of student party members in the 73 universities and colleges of Anhui province, this thesis affirms the accomplishments of each university and college, analyzes the major problems existent in the development, and proposes some suggestions for the future development of student party members in the new times and new phases, which can serve as guidance and reference to carrying out the spirit of the National Party Construction Conference, and enhancing the party construction work in higher schools. |
