农业企业绩效影响因素实证分析

利用我国部分农业龙头企业2009 ～2010年数据,构建农业企业绩效回归模型,对影响农业企业绩效的因素进行分析,结果显示:从总体来看,劳动力、资产总额、广告投入及研发投入、产销比、技术效率等均对农业企业绩效产生显著性正向影响,订单采购比及企业产品是否为名牌产品、杠杆效应等均未对农业企业绩效产生促进作用。从不同地区来看,地区差异较为明显,劳动力、资产总额等对西部地区农业企业绩效产生的影响比东部地区高,研发投入对东部地区农业企业绩效影响明显高于其他地区,广告投入对农业企业绩效的影响与之相反;东部地区利用财务杠杆和经营杠杆对农业企业绩效的影响明显高于其他地区,但是其影响并不显著,东部地区农业企业技术效率明显高于其他地区,订单采购比对东部地区影响为正,对其他地区影响与之相反。根据模型回归的结果提出了政策建议。

Analysis of Factors Affecting Efficiency of Agricultural Enterprises

This paper built a model of agricultural enterprises efficiency and used 2009 and 2010 data to analyze the factors affecting the performance of agricultural enterprises. The results show that labor force, total assets, advertising and R&D, ratio of purchase, technical efficiency have significant positive impact on agricultural enterprises efficiency. The ratio of purchase and famous brand products play no role in promoting the performance of agricultural enterprises. Regional differences are obvious, and labor force and total assets have more effect on the efficiency of agricultural enterprises in Western region than in Eastern region, but R&D performance of agriculturl enterprises in Eastern region impact significantly higher than in other regions, while the financial and operating leverage on the performance of agricultural enterprises was significantly higher in the Eastern region than other regions. This paper proposes a policy suggestion according to the results.
