基于法律视角的企业社会责任及路径创新研究

基于法律的视角，从五个方面论述了企业的社会责任，即企业在职工权益保护、债权人权益保护、消费者权益保护、环境保护以及对国家和社会的责任。提出实现企业的社会责任的四条法律对策：一是加强企业自律，自觉承担社会责任；二是完善和创新立法、确保企业社会责任的实现；三是坚持司法创新、妥善审理案件；四是完善和创新监督制度，确保企业社会责任的实现。

Creative Research on Social Responsibility of Enterprises and Its Way of Implementation

The law based creative research on the social responsibility of enterprises and its way of implementation lies in the following five aspects: the protection of the right and interests of enterprise workers; the protection of the interests of the creditors; the protection of the rights and interests of consumers; the protection of the environment; the protection of the country. This paper mainly presents four relevant policies: to strengthen the firm self discipline; to perfect and create the legislation; to keep the creation of the justice; to perfect and create the supervision system.
