| Abstract: | With the constant deepening and development of reform and opening-up, the role that the capital market acts in the economic affairs of China is more and more important.It receives much concern as how enterprises construct the unblocked financing channel in different situation in order to realize the effective operation of the capital market. Ways such as going strategicaly into the domestic and overseas capital market, apply for International Financial Corporation or other investment of fund, etc. are all good and effective for the enterprises to utilize capital market for financing. |
