| 摘 要： | 对外开放和社会主义市场经济体制的构建,使得我国非公有制企业迅猛发展。如果不及时开展和做好非公有制企业党的建设工作,党的基层组织建设会不断出现盲区产生空白点,就可能出现既是新的经济增长点又是党建工作薄弱点的情况。加强非公有制企业党的建设工作,是适应非公有制企业发展形势、增强党的阶级力量、扩大党的群众基础、巩固党的执政地位的迫切需要,也是加强和改进党的建设的一个崭新而又紧迫的课题。

| Abstract: | With the open policy and constructing the socialist market economy system,our country’s non-public enterprises advanced rapidly.If we can not launch and do a good job of party’s developing in time,a blackout area would occur in the party’s basic organizational construction,which would be both a weak pocket of party’s construction and a new point of economic growth.Strengthening party’s construction in the non-public enterprises is a crying need,which will suit for non-public enterprises’ developing,increase party’s class power,enlarge party’s mass foundation,and consolidate party’s ruling status.Moreover,it is a fresh and urgent subject of strengthening and improving party’s construction. |
