摘    要:
我国农村劳动力的转移具有明显的阶段性特征。农村剩余劳动力转移的动力主要是来自“三农”的排斥力、来自城镇化的吸引力和来自理性与非理性农村剩余劳动力转移过程中产生的摩擦力。要实现农村劳动力的有效转移,必须在农村剩余劳动力的组织工作、政策制定、经济发展等方面坚持改革创新,统筹规划,分类指导,逐步完善。

Abstract:
Rural labor force's transfer has obvious phrasal characteristics. The main driving force behind rural labor force transfer is mainly from the following points: pushing-out force from the village, pulling-in attraction from the town and city. In order to further more efficient transfer of rural labor force, more attentions should be paid to organization, policymaking, economical development, reform and innovation, distribution, and categorization.
