| Abstract: | According to the principles of processing cans,the technological conditions of processing canned Garcinia mangostana L.in sugar were studied.The paper introduces the technology of processing Garcinia mangostana L.canning with special flavour and rich in nutrition by using ripe Garcinia mangostana L.fruit as raw material,make products meet the require ments of the quality. |
