摘    要:教学学术是把教学作为学术研究,实现教与学的学术系统发展的过程。教学学术型高校思想政治理论课教师有其独特的特点,包括具有教学学术的理念意识、具有丰厚的知识储备、具有基于问题意识的教研能力、有高超的教学智慧、主动进行交流探讨、形成教学成果等方面,它的价值体现在回归教师本质、培养具有创造性的学生、是教师专业发展的主要途径等方面。实施宏观管理政策、形成制度建设导向、善于自我反思、加强自主学习是教学学术型高校思想政治理论课教师价值实现的主要途径。

Abstract:The scholarship of teaching is the academic research as the teaching process, teaching and academic system development.Ideological and political theory teachers academic teaching in Colleges and universities has its unique characteristics, including teaching academic consciousness, has the knowledge, has the rich teaching based on problem awareness ability,excellent teaching wisdom,active communication, form the teaching result, its value is reflected in the return nature,teachers cultivate creative students,teacher professional development, is the major ways.The implementation of macro management policy,the formation of system construction oriented, self reflection,strengthening the independent learning is the main way of academic teaching of college teachers of Ideological and political theory course value realization.
