On Environmental Problems in the Development of West China |

| Abstract: | The strategic conception of the sustainable development should be established by reasonably exploiting and utilizing the resources to settle the poverty pollution in the development of West China.During exploiting resources,environmental pollution ought to be stressed so as to avoid the "pollute and then control"devours.The development of West China is not only the duty of people of the West China but also the common fate of the whole nation of China. |
