| Abstract: | This article analyses the contemporary theory of harmonious society from its definition to its connotation and on the basis of European experiences,concludes that some disharmonious phenomena are caused by disharmonious public management.Finally some suggestions are put forward to achieve harmonious public management: priority should be given to the optimization of development pattern;(supporting) public policies should be introduced;system should be improved; government functions should be transformed. |
