| 摘 要： | 管理科学 ,从以“经济人”为基础的物本管理到基于“社会人”的人本管理 ,再到以“能力人”假设为前提的“能本管理” ,正朝向未来基于“知识人”假设的“知本管理”发展 ,提出了知本管理的内涵及主要特征和我国应对知本管理挑战的对策。

| Abstract: | This article focuses on the humanity and reviews the development process of management sciences.First the management to material is based on "man as economic";second the management to human being based is on "man as social";third the management to ability is based on "man as able".The author puts forward the new development of management sciences-the management to knowledge is based on "man as knowledge"and points out the meaning and main characteristics of the management to knowledge. Finally the countermeasures on how to meet the mangement to knowledge are given. |
