| 摘 要： | 宪法学是一门法律科学，这是由宪法学独特的研究对象、研究范围和研究方法所决定的。宪法学应然的研究对象应该包括宪法思想（宪法哲学）、宪法规范与制度及宪政运动规律。相应地，宪法学的研究范围也应该包括宪法原理论、宪法制度论、宪法保障论和宪法价值论。
