理工科大学生科技创新能力培养的探索与实践——以物理实践平台的创建和实施为例

摘    要:大学生创新意识、创新精神和创新能力的培养是储备创新人才、实施科技创新的重要环节。分析了传统理工科物理教育方式在大学生科技创新能力培养方面的不足,结合长期的理工科物理教学经验,在上海理工大学进行了以理工科物理教育为基础的实践教学改革。通过物理课外创新制作、物理科研实践计划、物理学术竞赛活动等系列物理实践平台的创建和实施,有力地促进了大学生科技创新能力的培养,构建了具有理工科特色的科技创新人才培养体系。

Abstract:Developing undergraduate students'' innovation consciousness and capability is critical to innovative talents reservation and scientific and technological innovation.The paper analyzes deficiency of traditional physics education mode in training the scientific innovation capability of the science and engineering undergraduates.Based on long-term teaching experiences,the practical teaching reform is proposed and implemented in physics education for science and engineering undergraduate students in University of Shanghai for Science and Technology.The established physical practice platforms include extracurricular physical innovative production,physical research practice program and undergraduate physics tournament.The related activities are completed on the physical practice platforms.The reform has effectively promoted the scientific innovation capability of undergraduates.The basic system of training innovative talents with characteristics of science and engineering is constructed.
