| 摘 要： | 高等教育具有社会化和选择性的双重功能。高等教育调节与制约着社会流动与社会分层,为社会秩序的和谐、稳定、发展起着重要的促进作用。通过高等教育,个人获得向上流动的机会,形成新的社会分层。在当代社会,中间阶层的形成与高等教育有着密切的联系。高等教育通过它的筛选机制,使社会成员的分层合理化,维护社会的稳定与和谐发展。本文从促进个人流动到促进社会发展探讨了高等教育的功能。

| Abstract: | Higher education has the dual function of socialization and selectivness.It modulates and governs the social mobility and social classification,and plays an important promoting role for social harmony,stability and development.Through higher education,one gains an upward opportunity,and thus a new social stratum is formed.In modern society,the formation of the middle class is closely related to higher education.Higher education,by its selective system,rationalizes the classification of the social members,safeguards the social stability and promotes the harmonious development.The paper probes into the function of higher education in promoting individual floating to social development. |
