| 摘 要： | 养老保障制度是社会保障制度最基本的内容之一,我国人口老龄化进程的迅速推进,养老保障方面的矛盾也日益突出,加拿大的养老金制度比较完善,基本保证了老年人这一弱势群体的经济来源,他们的做法对完善我国的养老保障制度有一定的借鉴和启发.
