东北地域文化模式的阻滞效应与转型——立足于东北老工业基地转型背景下的讨论

振兴东北老工业基地战略的推进不仅意味着东北地域经济与社会结构的转型,同时还伴随着东北地域文化模式的转型。而东北地域文化模式中的制度性依赖、外来性促进和官本位的三个特质对东北现代市场经济的发展具有阻滞效应。理论上认清东北文化模式转型内在机制,加快东北文化体制改革,建构东北地域文化转型的制度推力对于我们制定东北文化战略,选择改造东北地域文化的路径都具有重要的理论和现实意义。

The Obstruction and Transformation of the Northeast's Cultural Patterns——Based on the Transformation of the Old Industrial Bases in Northeast China

The strategy of revitalizing the old industrial bases in Northeast China is not only meant to change the economic and social structure,but also restructure the cultural patterns.But the system of the cultural pattern,among which there are system reliability,external stimulation and official standard,hinders the market economy of Northeast.It is very important to get a clear understanding of the inherent mechanism of the cultural pattern of northeast China theoretically,accelerate the reform of the cultural system of northeast China,and to construct the systematic stimulation of cultural transformation of this area.All these contribute theoretically and realistically to the construction of the cultural strategy and way of reform.
