略论民国初期孙中山的筹边对策

民国初期，面对严峻的边疆形势，孙中山强烈呼吁国家统一，反对分裂，反对外敌入侵。他的“五族共和”思想成为凝聚各民族的一面旗帜。孙中山提出了一系列筹边对策，力主在边疆地区改建行省，提出在边疆地区发展经济，尤其是修建铁路，移民垦殖等，这在今天仍有借鉴意义。

Sun Yat-sen's Proposed Frontier Policies in Early 1910s

In eraly Republic of China, Sun Yat-sen, in the face of severe border situations, called for national unity by strongly opposing splittism and foreign invasion. His idea, ‘unity of all nationalities＇, became a symbol of uniting all ethnic groups. He proposed the establishment of provincial systems in border areas, and the vigorous development of regional economy in frontier areas, particularly the construction of railways, immigration and reclamation, which is still instructive nowadays.
