| 摘 要： | 基于全国252个村3927户连续5年的跟踪调查，运用SPSS统计分析，研究2008—2012年全国农户农地出租的基本趋势。研究表明：当前农地出租率在增加，但出租规模在缩小；农地出租率越高的地区，农地出租率的增长空间逐渐缩小；当前农地出租增长速率仍然未能赶上土地抛荒的增长速率，需要进一步加大和规范农地流转。

| Abstract: | Based on the consecutive five-year tracking studies on 3,927 farmers in 252 villages, this paper studies the characteristics and trends of the current farmland lease from 2008 to 2012 by means of SPSS statistic analysis. The study shows that the current lease rate of farmlands is growing, while the lease size is shrinking. The increasing space of the farmland lease rate is shrinking in the areas with high farmland lease rate. However, the current increasing rate of farmland lease is still lower than that of the land deserting. This calls for a further management of farmland transfer. |
