| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员队伍建设模式,主要是指高校辅导员队伍建设实践中具有代表性的或具有推广价值的系统化的工作方式方法。目前,我国大陆高校辅导员队伍的构建模式主要有专兼职模式、工作专门化模式、生活共同体模式等;发展模式主要有组织推动型发展模式、学习型组织发展模式、虚拟组织发展模式等。
