风景名胜区管理法律制度分析

本文通过《风景名胜区管理暂行条例》与《风景名胜区条例》的对照，分析了与我国风景名胜区管理相关的原有法律制度所存在的问题，提出了通过法律调整我国国民自由时间结构的必要性。最后，为进一步完善风景名胜区管理的相关法律制度，提出了几点看法。

Analysis of the Legal System on the Management of Scenic Areas

This article analyzed those flaws in the existing legal system of the management in landscape districts through the comparison between Temporary Regulations for Management of Scenic Spots and Historical Sites and Scenic Spots and Historical Sites Regulations and pointed out the necessity of adjusting private schedule by legal means.It also gave some advices on the further improvement of the relative legal system in management of management of scenic spots and historical sites.
