| 摘 要： | 科学发展观的核心是以人为本，人民主体思想则是以人为本的理论基础和精神实质。科学发展观中的以人为本，集中体现了马克思主义关于人民群众是历史创造者的基本原理，集中体现了我们党全心全意为人民服务的根本宗旨和我国经济社会发展的根本目的，是对人民主体思想的创造性运用和发展。在全面建设小康社会、加快推进社会主义现代化的新阶段，贯彻落实科学发展观，必须正确认识和践行人民主体思想。

| Abstract: | The core of the scientific concept of development is people oriented.The thoughts of the people as subject are its theoretical basis and spiritual essence.People-oriented in the scientific concept of development,which is the creative using and development of the thoughts of the people as subjects,embodies one of the basic Marxism principles that people are the creator of history;embodies CPC’s fundamental purpose of serving the people heart and soul,and Chinese economic and social development.In the times of constructing all-round well-off society,accelerating socialist modernization,the authors regard to apply the scientific outlook on development,we have to understand and implement the thoughts of the people as subject. |
