The Influence of the Unitary Judicial Examination System on Jurisprudence Education in China

With the unitary system of judicial examination established, it is required to reform higher jurisprudence education. The objective of the modern higher jurisprudence education is to cultivate, with the law occupation as the orientation, legal talents of the applicable and research type to meet the needs of the judicial system. The contents, methods, materials and areas of teaching for the traditional higher jurisprudence must be reformed.
