摘    要:高校辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育工作的主力军。要解决当前辅导员职业认同感弱化的问题,应从明确辅导员岗位职责、完善高校个人评价体系和晋升机制、加强入职后专业培训和提高社会地位等方面提升高校辅导员职业认同感,促进高校辅导员队伍建设。

Abstract:University counselors are the main force in carrying out the work of ideological and political education among the students.In order to solve the current problem of the weakening of their professional self-identity,it is essential to do the following: define their responsibilities,perfect the personal evaluation system and promotion mechanism,strengthen the professional training and improve their social status,etc.These can promote their career commitment and boost their team development.
