| 摘 要： | 针对我国教育财政经费不仅存在严重短缺,而且还存在教育重大项目投资绩效低下的现实矛盾,文章分析了造成投资绩效低下的原因,提出要改变传统教育领域中存在的只讲投入不讲产出的非绩效观念,建立绩效评价机制。

| Abstract: | The education fund is very limited in China; however, the efficiency of its use is low. In this article, the writer presents how to deal with the situation: changing the idea which doesn't take into account the performance of investment in education area and setting up a performance evaluation administration system to manage the investment in education. |
