| 摘 要： | 农村女大学生在就业过程中存在着心理落差较大、过分依赖逃避、自负与自卑交织、焦虑夹杂恐惧等心理，这是影响农村女大学生就业的内在因素。要从自身自立自强、学校专业教育指导和社会制度保障等入手，来调整其就业心理，使其顺利就业。

| Abstract: | Countryside female graduates lie in an inferior position during their employment.They have some psychological problems on their employment,such as great psychological disparity,dependence on evasion,mixture of conceit and inferiority,anxiety and fear,etc.Female students should make efforts to be self-reliance;universities should strengthen specialty education guidance and social safeguarding should be reinforced to adjust their employment psychology. |
