科技道德简论

科技工作者是科学技术的载体，是第一生产力的开拓者，是我国实现科技兴国的骨干力量，科技道德作为科学技术工作者正确处理工作关系，进行科研活动的必须遵守的道德规范，受到了前所未有的重视。科技工作者的基本道德规范是：爱国为民，造福人类；严谨治学，实事求是；坚持真理，追求真理：开拓创新，不断进取；正确处理集体协作与个人创造之间的关系；正确对待个人的名与利。科技工作者真正践履职业道德，要求社会还必须营造一个良好的伦理氛围。

On Science and Technology Ethics

Scientific and technological workers are carriers of science and technology, the explorers of the first pro ductive forces and the backbone of the achievement of China's rejuvenation by science and technology . As the moral standard obeyed by scientific and technological workers in their dealing with the working conditions and doing sciencs researches, science and technology ethics has been payed gnat attention to than brfore. And the basic moral standards of the scientific and technological workers are as follows: loving one's country and people , bringing benfit to mankind, doing scientific researches rigorously, seeking truth from facts, holding firmly to the truth and pursuing tyuth , bringing forth new ideas, making unceasing progrss, drintalning a proper balance in the ralationship between the collective cooperation and the indivadual innovation , and adopting correct attitude towards personal fame and gain. Yet good social ethics surmundings are needed or the scientific and technolopical workers to meet the needs 0f their professional ethics.
