| 摘 要： | 通过推进党内民主化进程是实现中国政治现代化的一种温和性、务实性与渐进性的民主化战略选择。实施党内选举战略管理，扩大高层差额选举范围和比例，完善候选人提名制度，完善党内选举程序，逐步扩大直接选举范围和层次，厉行弹劾罢免制度，是进一步推进党内民主建设的重要步骤和关键环节。 |
