| 摘 要： | 会计人才的培养和形成已经成为国家人才战略规划中的重要一环。随着会计行业人才规划的实施,一方面应用型会计人才的培养和形成基础有赖于高校在会计人才培养和形成方面作出更大的努力,另一方面,高校在会计专业创新人才培养方面也有不可替代的地位和作用。高校会计创新人才的培养需要从模式和实现路径方面加强研究和应对。

| Abstract: | Cultivation and form of accountant talents have become an important part of country talent strategy.With the implementation of accountant trade talent plan,cultivation of application type accountant and its formation base rely on university’s efforts on this part on the one hand,and on the other hand,universities has unreplaceable status and effect on cultivation of accountant innovation talent.Cultivation of university accountant innovation talent need deep analysis and countermeasure on mode and realization way. |
