| 摘 要： | 根据354名中学生英语学习动机状况的问卷调查结果,本研究分析了中学生的英语学习动机特征;探讨了动机与学习行为之间的关系;对比了高分者与低分者在英语学习动机方面的差异。本研究希望能对外语学习动机的实证性研究有所贡献,更希望能给中学英语教师在激发学生学习动力方面有所启发和帮助。

| Abstract: | This paper is a report of a survey study of middle school students' EFL learning motivation in China.Several motivational theories other than the traditional Gardner's social-psychological approach have been exploited in the design of the questionnaire in the hope of better describing EFL learning motivation in a situation-specific context from different perspectives and checking the validity of various motivational theories in explaining EFL learning motivation in China. |
