| 摘 要： | 对中国企业跨国经济行为中存在的问题进行了探讨,指出并购往往面临巨大的风险,而海外并购的风险则表现得更为突出,针对上述问题,在对前期价值评估、融资、业务整合等方面风险分析的基础上,提出了风险防范对策。

| Abstract: | As China' s markets are getting more open to the global markets while the M&As around the world's markets have become more active, the domestic organizations are obliged to join this worldwide financial activity. M&A has always been accompanied with great risks. And the risk of Mergers and Acquisitions abroad is particularly great This article does not only make risk analysis based on early value measurement,financing and operating conformity, it also discusses strategies about risk recovery. |
