| 摘 要： | 目的探索老年误吸评估及防治程序。方法收集误吸组及对照组病例各40例,对比两组所患疾病的差异,评估误吸组误吸的严重程度,探索防治程序,防治前后的改善情况。结果部分疾病可导致误吸。胃镜、食道吞钡及喉镜检查患者不容易接受。防治误吸前后,误吸发生频率、严重度、吞水呛咳明显减少。结论通过误吸评估及防治程序,减少误吸的发生,提高生活质量,减少吸入性肺炎的发生及医疗费用。
