中国企业伦理的研究与发展述评

改革开放后,面对我国企业行为失范的普遍现象,企业伦理研究成为一种必然。从上世纪80年代开始,到新世纪初,我国企业伦理研究取得了大量的成果,但也存在许多问题。因此,探索这门学科的新动向和新规律,构建符合我国国情的企业伦理体系,仍然是我们理论工作者应该努力的方向。

Review on the Research and Development of China Enterprise Ethics

After the reform and openning-up,in face of common phenomenon that the enterprise behaviors have lost control in our country, study of enterprise ethics has become a kind of necessity. From the beginning of last century 80's to the new century, the research of ethics of enterprises in our country has made a great number of achievements, but many problems still exist. So studying this discipline's new tendency and new law and constructing our country ethics system of enterprises in accordance with national conditions is what we should strive for.
