西北农村“分家”特点及原因分析——以甘肃白银市X乡Y村为例

基于分家的时间、分家时到场的人员、分家意见的权威性以及对分家认识的积极化趋势分析,"分家"现象有普遍化、简单化和分家评价的中性化趋势;与此相联系,代际关系也出现了从感情型向理性化、从"老一代为中心"向平等或向"新一代为中心"方向的变化.这种普遍化、简单化和分家评价的中性化趋势与当前土地经营方式有关,与西北农村的计划生育政策有关,与农村消费取向的转移和年轻一代中"个人本位"、"小家庭本位"意识的增长有关.

Analysis of Characteristics and Causes of Family Property Division in Northwest China——Case Study of a Village in Baiyin City,Gansu Province

Based on analysis of the time,members in attendance,authority of decisions,and the trend of positive understanding of family property division,this paper argues that family division tends to be popularized and simplified,comments on it neutralized,and consequently,inter-generational relationship tends to change from feeling type to rational type,and from "being older generation centered" to equality and "being younger generation centered".This trend relates closely to the following elements: present land operation ways,the policy of family plan in countryside Northwest China,change of rural consumer preference,and enhancement of the ideas of "individual unit" and "nuclear family unit".
