社会资本视野下探究高校和谐助困的实现

高校贫困生的生存和发展问题已成为不可忽视的社会问题。在国家支持力量有限的情况下,培育和提升高校贫困生的社会资本有助于高校贫困生问题的解决。社会资本存量低是目前高校实现和谐助困的主要障碍,通过强化贫困生的同质社会资本,培育贫困生的异质社会资本,将有助于提高贫困大学生的社会资本存量,从而实现高校和谐助困。

Funding Poverty-Stricken College Students: A Perspective of Social Capital

The subsistence and development of college students with financial problems have become a social problem that cannot be ignored. At a time when the government support is limited,social capital can be another solution to the problem.The current obstacle to the funding of these students comes primarily from the scantiness of social capital at colleges and universities.Therefore,the promotion of the homogeneous social capital and fostering of the heterogeneous will help improve the gross social-capital stock among this group of students,thereby fulfilling the harmonious practice of anti-poverty programs at colleges and universities.
