基于教师层面的高校教学与科研关系研究

摘    要:教学与科研是高校健康运行的两项基本职能,同时也是高校教师所肩负的两项基本任务。基于教师层面的教学与科研关系问题是高校教学与科研和谐发展的关键所在。理论上教学与科研之间应表现为相互联系、相互制约、相对独立的辩证统一关系,但很多高校却仅表现出相互制约的一面,其原因是作为教学与科研主体的教师,一方面受到学校办学定位、绩效评价导向的影响,另一方面自身也存在专业不对口、工作态度不严谨等问题。因此,促进教学与科研的结合是解决问题的最佳途径。

Abstract:Teaching and research is the basic functions of colleges and universities,and the basic tasks of teachers.The relationship of teaching and research is important to the development of college.Theoretically,teaching and research should be relatively independent but an inseparable unity.But a lot of teaching-oriented colleges only show mutual restraint side,and the fundamental reason lies in the teaching out of touch with the research.
