科学发展观指导下的海峡西岸经济区战略研究

建设海峡西岸经济区是福建不断探索自身发展战略的必然结果,具有重大意义,也具有充分的理论依据和良好的现实条件。建设海峡西岸经济区必须明确要求,科学布局。同时,还必须重点把握4个问题,即把科学发展观贯穿于经济区建设的全过程,加快区内经济一体化进程,着力构筑具有区域竞争力的产业集群,培育壮大中心城市。

Strategy of the economic zone on the west side of the Straits under the guidance of the scientific viewpoint of development

Building the economic zone on the west side of the Straits is an inevitable result of Fujian keeping on exploring itself's development strategy, and is of great significance, furthermore it has sufficient theoretical basis and favourable realistic conditions. To build the economic zone on the west side of the Straits, there must be clear requirements and scientific arrangement. In addition, four important aspects have to be well handled: to implement the scientific viewpoint of development in the whole process of the economic zone construction, to accelerate economic integration in the zone, to form the industrial cluster with regional competitiveness, and to develop key cities.
