Abstract:Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) is a kind of important artificial lifting method,it is very crucial to select and operate the equipment to calculate the temperature distribution of ESP.The previous models didn′t take the pressure and temperature coupling into account or just supposed the well fluid as single phase.The authors of the paper research the temperature and pressure coupling model of ESP system and take the effect of multiphase flow,dynamic liquid level and convection in annular into account.The model can be calculated with the iteration method and can give the heat transferring coefficients in different depth.The new model is testified with the previous model and real production data.The results show the accuracy of new model.
