| 摘 要： | 在构建社会主义和谐社会的新时期,教师为师意识的培育对构建和谐教育具有重要意义。因此,教育行政部门、教育机构和教师本人应该加强现代为师意识、克服其生成障碍,并逐步制定出切实可行的培育策略,从而构建和谐教育。 |
